We offer a comprehensive range of effective verruca treatments for both adults and children. Because every verruca is different, your treatment will be tailored to your individual needs, and more than one treatment may be required to achieve the best results.

Verrucas are caused by the human papillomavirus (HPV) and can be surprisingly stubborn. While they are not usually harmful to your health, they can become painful, unsightly, and may spread to other areas of the feet or hands. If you've been using over-the-counter treatments with little or no improvement, professional treatment may be the most effective next step.

During your appointment, your podiatrist will assess your verruca, explain the available treatment options, recommend the most suitable treatment plan, and, where appropriate, carry out your first treatment.

As stubborn verrucas often require a course of treatment, we generally recommend follow-up appointments every 4–6 weeks until the verruca has completely resolved.
