Nail reconstruction

Nail reconstruction is a semi-permanent aesthetic solution to damaged or fungal nails.
Prior to reconstruction taking place, a practitioner should assess your nails to ensure that this procedure is suitable for your nail.
The remaining damaged or fungal nail is cut back and filed down before layers of reconstructive gel are applied and hardened under a UV light to create a replacement nail which can be polished and cut as with a healthy nail.
This treatment can last anything from 4-12 weeks depending on the lifestyle of the patient and the rate of growth of the remaining natural nail.
