Booking and Appointment Information


In light of the recent changes to tiers and lockdown measures initiated by the Government, and in accordance with our governing body guidelines, Chelmer Footcare are able to remain open as we are considered essential healthcare. We would however ask all patients to assess whether their appointment is absolutely necessary to their health and wellbeing and to reschedule an existing appointment if required.  No charges will be imposed for late cancellations.

We continue to adopt strict measures to ensure the safety of all patients and practitioners.

Please do not visit the clinic to amend or book an appointment.

Please call 01245 269069 if you would like to reschedule your appointment to a later date or login to our online booking system.

  • If you are displaying ANY symptoms of Covid-19 or have been told so isolate, please DO NOT attend an appointment with us.  Doing so can put other patients, practitioners and their families at risk. Please follow Government self isolation guidelines

  • Patients are advised NOT to travel to the clinic by public transport where possible.

  • Our reception area is open to patients, however we ask only patients attend, unless accompanied by a registered carer or guardian.

  • You MUST wear a face covering/mask inside the clinic unless exempt as per the government guidelines.

  • Where possible, we request that payment be made by debit or credit card.  Cash payments must be kept to a minimum.

  • All practitioners will be wearing appropriate PPE.  

  • Please arrive as near to your appointment time as possible to reduced the time spent in the waiting room.

Please remember:  If a journey is not essential, it is safer to stay at home.

Children under the age of 16 years must be accompanied by an adult throughout the whole treatment.
