Booking and Appointment Information
PLEASE READ THE BELOW IMPORTANT MESSAGE BEFORE MAKING AN APPOINTMENT.
From 4th June 2020 we are able to resume treating all appointment types which have been suspended over the last few months.
WHO CAN WE TREAT?
We are able to treat all patients now, but would ask anyone wishing to book an appointment to assess the risk of leaving the safety of their own home and only visit us if it is absolutely necessary to do so.
Patients who have been asked to shield by the Government, their GP or Consultant should continue to do so until it has been agreed otherwise with a relevant healthcare professional.
We will be adopting strict measures to ensure the safety of all patients and practitioners.
All practitioners will be wearing appropriate PPE and we are leaving adequate time between patients to be able to thoroughly clean the clinic rooms. These measures will mean we are unable to treat as many patients as we have prior to the pandemic and due to the increased costs of PPE, some of our fees for certain treatments types have increased.
Please make yourself aware of the below measures before booking an appointment with us to ensure you meet the criteria set by the Government to enable you to attend your appointment, that you are able to adopt our social distancing measures within the clinic and that your need for an appointment outweighs the potential risk of exposure to Covid-19.
If you, or anyone in your household, are displaying ANY symptoms of Covid-19, and you have not been tested, please DO NOT attend an appointment with us. If you are high risk and have been advised continue to self isolate (Shielding) by the Government/GP, you are advised not travel to the clinic unless it is absolutely necessary.
Masks/face coverings must be worn in the clinic by patients at all times unless exempt. If you do not have a mask, you may purchase one from us for £1 (limited to 1 per patient).
We ask that only patients attend their appointment unless accompanied by a carer or guardian. Please avoid bringing other members of your household to the appointment were possible.
Our reception area will be closed to patients. If you have traveled by car, please wait in your vehicle until a few minutes before your appointment. We then ask that you wait outside the clinic door, using the guidelines on the floor to ensure social distancing. Your practitioner will come to the door to collect you before your appointment.
Where possible, we request that payment be made by debit or credit card. Cash payments must be kept to a minimum.
All practitioners will be wearing appropriate PPE and clinic rooms will be cleaned between patients to reduce risk of spreading Coronavirus.
